Terms of Service
These terms describe general use of the Amphenol renewable energy component website and inquiry process.
Use of information
Product information on this website is provided for preliminary planning. Final component selection must be confirmed against current datasheets, drawings, regional compliance requirements, and written quotation documents. Renewable energy projects may require different component documentation depending on whether the installation is a commercial rooftop, utility solar plant, battery storage cabinet, or BOS integration package.
Quotes and availability
Any lead time, pricing, or availability discussion is non-binding until confirmed by authorized commercial documents. Renewable project requirements can change based on voltage class, cable configuration, certification region, and packaging needs. A catalog inquiry does not reserve inventory, lock pricing, or guarantee that a connector family is suitable for every installation environment.
Engineering guidance
Application notes and support replies are intended to assist qualified engineers, EPC teams, and procurement professionals. They do not replace project-specific electrical design, code review, or field inspection obligations. Users remain responsible for verifying system voltage, current, temperature range, ingress protection, cable compatibility, and regional standards before releasing a design for construction.
User submissions
When users submit drawings, BOMs, project notes, or technical requirements, they confirm that they have the right to share that information for review. Amphenol may use the submitted information to route the inquiry, prepare a response, identify documentation gaps, and suggest next steps. Confidential or controlled materials should be shared only through approved project channels after appropriate arrangements are in place.
Website conduct
Users may not submit false contact details, upload malicious material, or attempt to interfere with the website. Amphenol may decline requests that are incomplete, misleading, or outside renewable energy component scope. The website may be updated without notice as product families, documentation workflows, compliance references, or contact processes change.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Amphenol is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on preliminary website content without final engineering confirmation. No statement on this website should be read as an unlimited warranty, universal compliance approval, or promise of performance in every site condition.
